About Me
Hello, My name is Chlo’e Hines and I am currently a senior at Bob Jones High School! I am a member of multiple clubs involving the school and our community. When I am not at school, I am usually at a concert or shopping. I am so excited and can’t wait to see what I can accomplish as a team member of Madison CEO.

Chlo'e Hines's DISC Profile
You are adventuresome in trying new ideas and innovations. • You desire freedom from having to deal with detail; it restrains your effectiveness. • You can miss important details because you were too focused on the big picture. • You always prefer to be in control, which can make you reluctant to delegate sufficiently. • You can be a high risk-taker, but usually not too extreme. • You like new approaches and take an inquisitive and open attitude toward change.
• You really like meeting new people and easily interact. No one is a stranger. • You have a very high trust level for others, but this could actually result in you being "burned." • You most likely enjoy helping others as coach, counselor, or teacher. • You suffer from a fair amount of procrastination when it comes to tasks that require you to work with too many details all by yourself. • You are very enthusiastic in working with others. • You are gregarious and outgoing with most everyone you meet.
• You work well in a variety of environments and on a wide selection or projects or tasks. • Unexpected events don't drive you crazy. They can be something of a welcomed change. • You appreciate the need of others to have more freedom and less structure. • You like being mobile and on the go, but you like a home base to return to from time to time. • You can multitask fairly well. • You prefer a faster paced environment, but one that is not frantic or chaotic.
You might be perceived as a bit of a rule-bender by some on the team. • You like taking your own way to the results. • You are fine with change when it is clear how it will improve efficiency. • You are persistent in trying to get a message across, even in the midst of resistance. • To you, rules are guidelines, not concrete. • You may be perceived as being non-committal by some when it comes to deciding on how to proceed.
