About Me
Hi my name is Caitlyn Johnston, I am a senior at Bob Jones high school this year. I’m very excited for this year and what’s to come out of it. My dad owns a business called Scoop Daddy and I’m hoping I can follow in his footsteps with this program. I’m very thankful for this opportunity.

Caitlyn Johnston's DISC Profile
You like new approaches and take an inquisitive and open attitude toward change. • You can miss important details because you were too focused on the big picture. • You tend to be very decisive about problems, options, and new directions to take. • The higher the stress, the less you are likely to hear and the more you are likely to act or command. • You can be a high risk-taker, but usually not too extreme. • When confronted with dissenting opinions, you can alienate others who don't agree with you.
You are gregarious and outgoing with most everyone you meet. • You most likely enjoy helping others as coach, counselor, or teacher. • You can at times be too impulsive in making decisions. • You tend to not be very organized or attentive to details at all. • You are very enthusiastic in working with others. • Generally speaking, people find you warm, open and excellent at interacting with others.
You bring a high degree of self-control to work. You steadily move towards the completion of a task. • If insufficient structure and order exist, you will create it. • You can accept change, but you require a good argument for it first. • You are consistent and predictable over the long haul, even in the midst of change. • You are generally known as steadfast and dependable. • You prefer setting minimum levels of consistency and stability or control.
You want little, if any, "routine" work. • Your opinions tend to be quite firm when it comes to breaking with convention to answer the needs of the situation. • You are probably perceived by others as a bit of a rule-bender. • You are more bottom-line oriented (e.g., "Let's get the job done now"). • You can develop a variety of strategies and procedures as situations demand. • You tend to operate somewhat more independently from the established rules and procedures.
