Brandon Jones is an accomplished operations and engineering leader whose career spans energy, retail distribution, large‑scale fulfillment, and private equity. He is the President and Owner of Pinhook Properties, where he oversees a growing portfolio of real‑estate and investment assets.

Before launching his own company, Brandon held senior leadership roles at Amazon, ultimately managing one of the company’s most advanced non‑sortable fulfillment centers here in the Huntsville area. He guided the site from launch to maturity and built strong community connections along the way. His career also includes more than a decade with Target Corporation, where he led high‑volume distribution operations and earned recognition for leadership development, cultural transformation, and process improvement. Brandon began his professional journey with Schlumberger Oil Field Services, advancing from field engineering into district leadership roles across multiple states.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Brandon is deeply rooted in the Madison community. He and his wife have been married for 29 years and raised three children, all of whom graduated from the Madison City School system. Their oldest is now a physical therapist in Birmingham, their second is in medical school in Mobile, and their youngest is a freshman at Auburn University.

Brandon is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders. In addition to running his own company, he serves as the Facilitator for the Madison CEO Program, where he mentors high‑school entrepreneurs and helps connect them with local business leaders and real‑world opportunities.

When he’s not working or supporting students, Brandon enjoys fly fishing, archery hunting, and riding dirt bikes — hobbies that reflect his love for the outdoors and his appreciation for a challenge and adventure.
