About Me

Parker is a senior at Bob Jones High School. She attends and is an active member at Bethel Church of Christ. Parker plays school and club volleyball and is a member of NHS. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, baking, and spending time with her family. After graduation, she plans to attend Auburn University to major in business and eventually open her own bakery and coffee shop. She is excited to be a part of CEO this year to learn and to take advantage of all the opportunities it has to offer.

About My Business

My name is Parker Runnion. I am the founder and CEO of Simple Life Cold Brew Coffee. If you’re like me, you always see these cute coffee shops around town, but rarely find the time to go explore them. Simple Life Cold Brew Coffee gives you the experience of trying your different local roasters in one place. With this kit, you will get a mason jar, cold brew filter, and 2 4-oz packages of coffee from different roasters in Athens and Huntsville. You will be able to customize your own cold brew while supporting your local roasters. Come to the VBC on May 7th to buy yours!!
