About Me

Maddie Shaw is currently a Junior attending James Clemens High School.  Born and raised in Madison County, she has called Madison, Alabama her home for 16 years.  Maddie spends most of her free time participating in dance classes at The Dance Company Inc. where she is also a Company Dancer.  Maddie has danced for 12 years and also serves the studio as an Apprentice in which she acts as a team lead with administrative duties, assists with teaching classes and offers guidance to new parents and students.  Outside of dance and school, Maddie likes to spend time with her family and friends, participate in her church youth group activities and travel.  A life-long Auburn University fan, Maddie also enjoys going to Auburn, AL to shop, eat amazing food and yell WAR EAGLE!  Although currently undecided in her major choice, Maddie plans to attend Auburn University in the Fall of 2023.

Hi my name is Maddie Shaw and I am the founder and CEO of Bone Appetite. Whenever I want to give my dog a treat I am so hesitant because of the long list of scary ingrediants that you can’t even pronounce.  Many Pet owners don’t know what dietary restrictions their dogs have.
