About Me

Sija Headrick is a young entrepreneur who wants to one day own her own small business. She has demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit from a young age through her work with the community. She is president of Young Advocates For Equality, a group seeking to promote social awareness and help the community through acts of service. She is an award winning original poet placing runner up in the state of Alabama in 2020. Recently, she was a part of an up-and-coming entrepreneurial group that won first place in the region at UAH’s BeEntrepreneurial business contest. On this team she discovered her love for marketing and team leadership. One day she hopes to start a business combining her creativity, love of community, and social consciousness. When she is not coming up with her next big business venture, she can be found doing all things creative. In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry and being with her close family and friends.
