Today our board got to see Madison CEO in action, and the students did not disappoint. 🏞️

The class got a real challenge: build a strategy to buy land and develop it into residential lots and hunting grounds. That meant touring the property, thinking in decades instead of weeks, and figuring out how to make the land pay for itself along the way. Their answer? Harvest and sell the timber to fund the bigger vision. 🌲💰

That is not a worksheet. That is how developers, investors, and business owners actually think.

A huge shoutout to our facilitator, Brandon, for keeping these students on their toes, pushing them past the easy answer, and bringing more local businesses into the room to make experiences like this possible.
