I like to start the year off with Donald Miller's series, Business Made Simple. It provides the kids with a great understanding of what it takes to start and run a successful business. It also helps them grasp what's needed to become a highly desired, valuable employee.
I'm proud of the team, they're not only listening to his advice, but they're also beginning to put it into action.
